Namitha maybe doing well in Tamil and Telugu film industry but the actress is finding it hard to match up with her shooting schedules after her manager has left the job.

Bharath Kapoor, the manager and live- in partner has parted ways with this glam-lady and moved to Mumbai where he has said to have find a new lady love It was Bharath who had helped the actress to climb the ladder of success in Kollywood and Namitha may not be missing him on the personal level but her professional life is surely getting affected due to his absence.

At the moment Namitha's dad has taken up the job of her manager but with so much work in her hands she desperately needs a professional to manage her schedules.
